Through his “new press secretary Alejandro Garcia,” he hopes to gain support of our local Hispanic community; whom are “not likely to side with [him] in his re-election contest in November against Democrat Bill White.” Garcia is responsible for their campaigns Spanish-language website and mostly Spanish-language Twitter and Facebook group.
